Job Title: UX Designer
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite from Day1)
Job Description:
Key job responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent design, project management, problem solving, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial.
  • Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
  • Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate your ideas.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications.
  • Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experience principles.
  • Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.
Basic qualifications
  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
  • Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
  • Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
  • Experience with hands-on visual design.
