Seeking a UX Designer with 10+ years of industry experience and 4+ years in UX design, preferably local to Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Must have a strong UX process focused on outcomes, with experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.
Proficient in UX methodologies, mobile-first and responsive design, and collaboration with distributed teams.
Excellent communication skills to persuade and give/receive feedback.
Skilled in Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Knowledgeable in Information Architecture, User Interface, and Visual Design best practices.
Preferred experience in Fintech (Payment or Fraud), working with product and engineering teams, and collaborating with business leaders on architectural impacts.
