The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: $120K-$130K/Annum
Job Description:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirements
- Conduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain points
- Create UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design and present highfidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoff
- Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standards
- Partner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery
- Guide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects
Required Skills & Experience- 6 10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information Architect
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problemsolving, and execution
- Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
- Experience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Lucid
- Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture
Behavioral Competencies:- Impactful Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and vision
- Collaboration: Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines
Other Preferences:- Critical: Experience integrating AI tools into the design process
- Critical: Understanding of designing UX for AIdriven products
- Bachelor s degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus
- Exposure to accessibilityfocused design is desirable
