This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in the Denver area, ideal for a strategic thinker who blends UX expertise with experimentation, optimization, and hands-on design leadership.

Overview
The Senior Experience Designer will play a key role in shaping and delivering intelligent digital experiences across complex brand ecosystems. This individual will lead research, testing, experience architecture, and optimization initiatives while partnering closely with strategy, creative, media, and development teams.
This role combines hands-on UX leadership with experimentation and innovation, making it a strong fit for someone who is equally comfortable building prototypes, leading usability sessions, launching A/B tests, and presenting insights to stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
• Lead UX and experience design workstreams across digital initiatives
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and experience architecture deliverables
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and development teams
• Launch and analyze experimentation initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing
• Translate insights and analytics into actionable experience recommendations
• Present concepts, findings, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and exploration of emerging technologies and tools
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in UX, digital product design, service design, or related fields
• Proven ability to independently lead experience design initiatives
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research-informed design and measurable business outcomes
• Experience with usability testing platforms such as Userlytics or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and optimization platforms such as VWO
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of analytics, conversion optimization, and behavioral insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Agency experience supporting regional or national brands
• Exposure to AI-enabled personalization or emerging digital platforms
