Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in web-based user interface design and user experience design 5+ years experience designing websites 5+ years of experience with creating storyboards, mockups and clickable prototypes Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Figjam, knowledge of infrastructure management functions and systems, understanding of system and technology alternatives, familiarity with the system development lifecycle, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to deliver production-quality Proven research and analysis skills to test usability and preferential features with A/B testing. Ability to create and implement a new volunteer management system on the client's website, front end experience for volunteers and staff Be passionate about user experience design and comfortable working independently Proficiency in design software Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects with a focus on desktop and mobile applications Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment Bachelor's degree in Design or other relevant field Note: Our interview process will require sharing a portfolio of your UX design work, and may include a short assignment based on an example product intent
