Job Description: UI Designer

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong research capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for translating complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirements
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that communicate design solutions clearly
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to inform design decisions
• Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs
• Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Stay up to date on UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Ui design experience (enterprise or product environment preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and end-to-end UX process
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS tools
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for large-scale enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of React or Angular
• Experience contributing to or building design systems
