As an Interaction Designer, youll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

As a UX Designer on the Ask Health team, you will be an owner and executor, focused on transforming Google healths personal health agent into the worlds most indispensable health companion. Your primary mission is to design scalable, AI-powered health experiences across platforms. You will lead the end-to-end design for critical initiatives across wearables, async multimodal interaction, live multimodal chat, or coach check-ins. By leveraging your expertise in user-centered design, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define the product goal, drive high-quality execution through AI prototyping. This role requires a blend of strategy, leadership, and design and prototyping to navigate ambiguity and deliver tangible value that motivates users to join and invest in our ecosystem.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
