Job Description
UX Designer Intermediate -San AntonioKey Responsibilities- Create new user experience concepts using established design systems.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
- Conduct and support user research to validate concepts and ideas.
- Execute designs through internal review and approval processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and uncover opportunities.
- Partner with developers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Support multiple workstreams, including Security, Profile, and Recovery initiatives.
- Evaluate customer feedback and research findings to improve products and experiences.
Required Skills1. UX Design- Minimum 4 years of UX Design experience
- Experience creating user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes
2. Design Ideation- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Ability to generate innovative concepts and solutions for complex business challenges
3. Design Research- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experience conducting and supporting user research and validating design decisions through research findings
Required Tools
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within enterprise environments.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance research, design execution, and business objectives.
- Experience working within security, profile management, or member lifecycle domains is a plus.
