Title: UX Designer IV

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a small, fast-moving team building production-grade internal tools powered by AI. This role will serve as the sole designer across multiple product surfaces, including dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered reporting experiences. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end design, simplify complex workflows, and create consistent, scalable user experiences for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and interaction design to visual design and shipped UI.
• Design user experiences across multiple internal product surfaces, including dashboards, workflow tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
• Create interaction patterns for AI-native workflows, such as agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real-time reporting.
• Simplify complex, multi-source data views into intuitive, single-screen experiences.
• Establish and maintain a lightweight design system or shared component library to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers in a fast-paced, pod-based environment.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal direction while balancing speed, quality, and usability.

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS products, developer platforms, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, information architecture, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery through implementation.
• Proven ability to operate as the sole designer or lead designer within an engineering-heavy team.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working directly with engineers.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience designing multi-panel, data-rich, or workflow-driven interfaces.

• Experience designing AI/ML-powered features, agentic systems, or AI-native workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design or development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, or similar platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries.
• Background designing enterprise-scale internal tools or operational platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or intelligent recommendation systems.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
