Leads the design of sophisticated, high-impact digital banking experiences, translating complex business requirements into usable, engaging software interfaces. Conducts comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize product functionality. Creates detailed UX deliverables, including personas, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that communicate product architecture effectively across teams. Influences the evolution of UI patterns, collaborates with content writers to maintain UX integrity, and presents concepts to stakeholders. Plays a pivotal role in setting design standards and mentoring junior designers while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or related field; 8+ years of UX design experience. Expertise in Figma, Axure, and advanced prototyping and wireframing techniques. Deep understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and multi-device design. Ability to inspect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design validation. High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams. Visual design and content management experience preferred. Agile software development lifecycle knowledge preferred. Advanced user research and accessibility expertise preferred. Front-end development familiarity (HTML & CSS) preferred. Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) applied across product, design, and engineering to support inclusive user experiences.
