Job Description

UX Designer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Design Tools: • Wireframing and Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD • Front-End Basics: HTML, CSS for understanding development constraints • Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap

Collaboration: • Working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

User Research and Analysis • UI/UX design • Data visualization • Design systems

Work closely with product management and software development teams to create intuitive interfaces, translating complex worker's compensation data into user-friendly digital experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Proven experience as UX designer, UI designer, or similar role, typically with a portfolio showcasing web-based applications.
  2. Proficiency on design prototyping tools like Figma.
  3. Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
