Welcome to Love's: The Love's User Experience team provides visual and experience design solutions to departments across the company. Our primary focus is the Love's mobile app (iOS and Android), where we work end to end, from early concepts to final specs and everything in between. We are a part of Love's design group that spans brand, print, digital and the Love's visual identity. We are looking for a mid-level UX Designer who is excited to grow and deepen their craft. In this role, you will own design work for well-defined problem spaces and features, and you will occasionally lead smaller initiatives with support from the UX Manager and team. You will contribute to visual, interaction, and experience design for the Love's mobile app while supporting design and research initiatives across other projects and platforms. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, developers and product owners at every stage of the process. If you are looking for a role where your work has real impact, reaches millions of customers, and is visible across a company that genuinely invests in design — this is it.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging AI-driven UI patterns
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of the bigger picture
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Customer-centric mindset with genuine curiosity about people and how they interact with technology
Comfortable working cross-functionally and giving/receiving direct, constructive design feedback
