Expected pay for this position is $41.65 - $49.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The User Experience (UX) Designer ensures the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user, producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps. The UX Designer provides guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, UX design, or a related field.

 

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in graphic design, UX design, digital media, agency.
• Experience in the design thinking process and agile development.

 

Other skills/ knowledge:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat), Microsoft Suite, Creatopy. Proficient in UX/UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Experience: 5 years of experience in graphic design, UX design, digital media, agency.

Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools.

 

Licensure/ Certification: Digital marketing certification. Other skills/ knowledge: Health care marketing exposure.
