Seeking a UX Researcher to lead mixed-method research initiatives across a complex hardware-software ecosystem spanning consumer IoT applications, heavy-equipment controls, and technical B2B portal networks. In this role, you will own the end-to-end research lifecycle from designing qualitative and quantitative studies to recruiting participants, conducting contextual inquiries and usability testing, and synthesizing raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional Product, Engineering, and UX Design teams to bridge the gap between digital interfaces and physical environments, championing user needs through accessible design practices and data-driven storytelling. A strong background in studying diverse B2B and B2C user groups, navigating smart device workflows, and managing centralized research repositories is essential to success.
