Requirements

• 10 years of experience in product design or user experience.
• 5 years leading design projects, with experience managing designers or teams.
• 3 years of experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep appreciation for interaction, visual, content, motion, and research design disciplines.
• Proven track record of shipping products across platforms and geographies.
• High proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, Usertesting.com, and Dovetail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and design craft.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
