Contract consulting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager that has supported UX Research teams. Client requirements:
- Onsite 1-2 days/week - Brooklyn Park, MN
- W2 hourly only (no c2c)
- Work authorization status: US Citizen or GC holder
We are seeking a Contract UX Research Program Manager to support the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large portfolio of work. This role partners closely with research leadership to align work to enterprise priorities, improve visibility into research efforts, and establish clear ways to define, measure, and communicate research impact.
Core Deliverables
- Partner with UX Research leadership to manage research operations across enterprise and portfolio priorities
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, trackers, and reporting for research work
- Support prioritization of research initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and team capacity
- Create and evolve frameworks connecting research intake, execution, outputs, outcomes, and business impact
- Help define and implement methods to measure research impact on product, experience, and organizational outcomes
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in UX Operations, Research Operations, or a related field (Program Management or Research Coordination)
- Experience supporting Research and Design teams in a highly matrixed, product-driven environment
- Familiarity with research planning, study tracking, and research repositories
- Experience developing frameworks to measure research impact from intake through adoption
- Experience working on or supporting user journeys across enterprise, employee, or business-partner segments, service design, or cross-channel experiences

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $59.00 - 82.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
