Job Summary:
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team, to lead evaluative user research across both hardware products. The ideal candidate will design and execute tests, manage logistics, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver insightful research summaries which will guide design decisions. This role requires a balance of hands-on research, team collaboration, and process management to ensure high-quality user experience outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute evaluative user research across hardware products.
• Conduct remote usability tests, concept tests, interviews, and surveys.
• Manage recruitment for both internal and external users.
• Moderate sessions, observe users, collect qualitative data, and track study progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for reviews and present research findings and recommendations.

• 3+ years of UX research experience with evaluative and usability-focused studies
• Demonstrated ability to run both remote and in-person research
• Knowledge of advanced statistics and expertise in large-scale survey analysis
• Visual communications skills for research (e.g., graphs, charts and slides layout
