UX Researcher (Qualitative Research)

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end experience and design research activities, including planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative research.
Lead discovery efforts, stakeholder alignment, and methodology development.
Plan and conduct consumer interviews and moderated research sessions.
Execute generative, evaluative, and usability research activities.
Capture, analyze, and synthesize qualitative data into meaningful insights.
Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations that influence business and design decisions.
Identify themes, patterns, and relationships across complex data sets.
Create compelling stories and research deliverables that communicate findings clearly.
Facilitate research debriefs and advise cross-functional stakeholders.
Document findings, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create a shared understanding of business problems, member needs, and potential solutions.

Required Experience

4+ years conducting consumer experience research.
Experience with qualitative research methods including:
- Ethnography
- Contextual inquiry
- Concept and solution testing
- Evaluative walkthroughs
- Card sorting
- Usability testing
- Other evaluative research methodologies
Strong experience planning and moderating research sessions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex qualitative data into actionable insights.
Ability to uncover patterns and connect themes across multiple data sources.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
