Duration: 4 months with possible extensions Requirements (Must-Have):
Must be available to work 100% onsite in Jupiter West, FL.
Experience in both UX research and UX design.
Strong experience using Figma.
Preferred:
Exposure to AI-related use cases such as classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities:
Conduct complex operational analyses to support decision-making.
Lead medium to large project teams.
Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
Perform statistical analyses as part of research work.
Direct, mentor, and coach junior analysts.
Collaborate with product leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to conduct research, define requirements, design solutions, and hand off to development teams.
Apply and extend an existing design system using Figma.
