Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product. Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product. Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for staying current with new UI/UX developments and techniques. Test applications for usability, in partnership with stakeholders and users. Works in our Agile/Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes (daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.) that keep the process continually improving. Works on a development team which may include other technical professionals, subject matter experts, project stakeholders and executive leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 156,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
