Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with our development team to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our students, parents, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design user-friendly interfaces for our website and other digital platforms

- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts

- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to incorporate into our designs

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.

- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Knowledge of web design best practices and responsive design principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Passion for education and a desire to create meaningful experiences for students, parents, and faculty
