UX/UI Product Designer

Kforce's client in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and scale complex digital self-service experiences across multiple customer and business segments. Summary: This role sits at the intersection of UX, UI, product strategy, data, and technology. You'll translate business requirements, customer needs, research, and analytics into intuitive, scalable experiences while partnering closely with Product, Research, Analytics, and Engineering. What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for complex digital products and self-service platforms
• Translate business requirements, customer needs, research, and data into intuitive workflows and interfaces
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design experiences that can scale across multiple customer types, business needs, and evolving product requirements
• Apply usability and heuristic principles to create clear, consistent, and intuitive experiences
• Use customer feedback, usability testing, analytics, and research to inform design decisions
• Partner closely with Product, Research, Customer Experience, Analytics, and Frontend Engineering
• Contribute to scalable design systems, reusable components, and development-ready design artifacts
• Support discovery, solution definition, prototyping, and iterative testing
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered practices
• Collaborate with engineering to understand technical constraints and bring designs to life

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and the rationale behind design decisions
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications, digital products, portals, or self-service platforms
• Strong UX and UI fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience using research, usability testing, customer feedback, and/or analytics to inform design decisions
• Strong understanding of usability and heuristic principles
• Ability to clearly articulate the -why- behind design decisions
• Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering
• Experience creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and development-ready design artifacts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing with accessibility and inclusive design in mind

• Experience designing products across multiple customer segments or user types
• Experience scaling or consolidating digital experiences across products or platforms
• Experience with SaaS, customer self-service platforms, or enterprise software
• Experience contributing to design systems and scalable component libraries
• Understanding of frontend development concepts and design-to-development workflows
• Experience creating functional or code-based prototypes
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations
• Strong technical curiosity and comfort collaborating closely with frontend engineers
