Create and optimize user-focused content for:
Client website and mobile app
Emails, SMS, and push notifications
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, and user-friendly messaging
Develop content strategies that align with user needs and business objectives
Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and subject matter experts
Ensure content aligns with:
Brand voice and tone guidelines
Accessibility standards
SEO best practices
Conduct keyword research and apply insights to improve content performance
Required Skills & Experience
UX Writing / Content Design – 2+ years
Figma, SEO, AP Style, and Style Guides – 2+ years
Cross-functional Collaboration – 2+ years working with SMEs and design teams
