Position Summary The Design Engineering Internship role, you will be assisting the Design Engineering Team in the creation of innovative solutions in Aero Turbine Component through reverse engineering tools. Tasks may include many aspects of design concept (SolidWorks or CREO), mechanical analyses (hand-calculations, ANSYS, etc.), mechanical drawings (GD&T), material analysis (heat treatment, etc.), and manufacturing processes (welding, shotpeen, coating, etc.). This internship is expected to begin in August and may continue through December. However, the duration of the internship is subject to project requirements, business demands, and organizational needs.
