V Mag Operator 2Nd Shift

VMAG OPERATOR 2ND SHIFT

JBS FOODS- SOUDERTON, PENNSYLVANIA

DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assembly and disassembly VMAG machine
• Programming to adjust speed and weight control tendencies
• Setupportional, indexer, and conveyer belts
• Working rapidly to change, clean and reassemble the horn
• Assist in changeover of multivac portion plates (i.e. .5lb, 1lb)
• Swift set up of machine of up to 20min prior to starting the floor
• Cross train in multivac machine
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team;
• Perform well under pressure
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule starting at 2pm and availability to work weekends
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of lockout tagout training
