The VISTA member will evaluate and expand the organization's marketing and outreach strategies, tools, and software to strengthen capacity and streamline processes in order to raise awareness and support for VHA's membership opportunities, housing focused educational trainings, and conferences. The VISTA member will play a crucial role in strengthening VHA's membership program by facilitating new membership benefits, broadening member outreach, and maintaining consistent communication with members and partners. In addition, the VISTA will collaborate with VHA staff on designing event communications and agendas that promote best practices in housing, execute policy research and analysis for educational materials, research funding opportunities, and identify new housing and homeless service providers to integrate into the alliance's membership.
