Position Overview
We are hiring a
VAC Operator
for a leading manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. This hands-on role involves working with materials such as fabric, vinyl, and leather to assemble and finish products.

Key Responsibilities
- Will be operating VAC equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and production standards are met.
- Loading and Unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing basic equipment adjustments, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Must follow safety procedures, production schedules, and company quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects
- Meet daily production goals and follow schedules
- Assist with packaging and labeling when needed
Work Environment
- Manufacturing / production setting
- Fast-paced with repetitive tasks
- Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, Machine operating
- Ability to use hand tools and adhesives
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule & Overtime
- 2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Overtime:
Fridays & Saturdays as needed
