We are now accepting applications for the Vacancy - Paraprofessional - Special Education for the 2026 -2027 school year.

Description:

Qualified Candidates are needed to fill the position of Paraprofessional - Special Education. See the attached job description for more details.

Classification: Educational Aide/Parapro/Assistant

Work Schedule: School Year Only - 190 Work Days

Shift/Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (8:00 am 4:00 pm)

Qualifications:

This position supports IEP students in the inclusion setting, provides interventions, and performs duties including lunch/recess coverage

Requirements:

At the time of application, the applicant must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent credit hours or have already taken/passed the Ohio ParaPro Assessment Test and apply for ESEA endorsement, in addition to meeting the requirements per the attached job description. Some college experience is preferred. Special Education training is required.
