Shift: Evening (Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Driving Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of general driving experience OR 1 year of professional valet experience.Transmission Skills: Ability to drive a manual/stick-shift transmission is a huge plus, but we will still consider automatic-only drivers!

Position Summary

Looking for a steady Monday-through-Friday evening gig? Were hiring! As a Valet Attendant with VPNE, you are the first and last impression for our guests. This role is perfect for an upbeat, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional customer service. Core Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Key Management: Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles. Accurately track keys and vehicle locations throughout the garage to maintain total facility organization.

• Exceptional Guest Service: Greet every customer with a positive, friendly attitude and maintain professional, VPNE-approved communication.

• Safety First: Prioritize the safety of yourself, teammates, and guests by driving responsibly and minimizing the potential for accidents.

• Operational Flow: Help facilitate a smooth shift transition at 11:00 PM and perform assigned cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the facility immaculate.

• Professional Standards: Maintain uniform standards and look sharp and neatly groomed at all times. Adhere to VPNE's attendance policies.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Driving Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of general driving experience OR 1 year of professional valet experience.
• Transmission Skills: Ability to drive a manual/stick-shift transmission is a huge plus, but we will still consider automatic-only drivers!
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Licensing: Possess a valid Driver's License in your state of residency.
• Compliance: Must have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNEs insurance provider, and be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Physical Demands & Skills

• Physical Agility: Ability to run, move quickly, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strength: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality with a willingness to smile during all customer interactions.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills to arrange cars efficiently, and a natural ability to build relationships with customers.
