The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding service to hotel guests by assisting with arrivals and departures, operating guest vehicles safely, and maintaining organized valet operations. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in busy environments while upholding hotel policies and safety procedures.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Valid state-issued driver's license required.
Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Maintain efficient traffic flow and assist with vehicle staging during busy periods.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas, key storage, and staging locations.
Provide prompt assistance to guests and address service requests professionally.
