The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern-facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. Job Description:

The Springs at The Waterfront is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Valet Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be one of the first people residents and guests encounter, helping create a positive experience through exceptional customer service, safe vehicle handling, and genuine hospitality.  If you enjoy helping others, and want to work for a company that promotes learning and career growth opportunities, we would love to speak with you! 

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, guests, family members, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles for residents and guests
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document existing vehicle conditions
• Explain valet procedures and assist guests with vehicle retrieval
• Maintain organized, safe, and accessible parking areas
• Assist with traffic flow during busy arrival and departure times
• Respond promptly to resident and guest questions and requests
• Maintain accurate vehicle claim records and key control procedures
• Support community operations through special projects and assigned tasks
• Represent The Springs Living through professional appearance and exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with at least five years of licensed driving experience
• Safe driving record and ability to meet company driving standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• CPR and First Aid certified (training paid for and provided by The Springs Living)
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
• Manual transmission experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check

Job Type:  Full Time 

Salary:

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Valet Attendant position, with an hourly wage range of $18.50-$21, depending on experience.
