Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Greets arriving and departing guests.
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible.
