Responsibilities
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
- Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
- Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
- Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
- Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries
Qualifications
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
- Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
- Able to work Flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Clean Driving Record
