Valet/Greeter

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Valet/Greeter to join our team on an Occasional basis in our Guest Services department.
Provides valet service to patients at Stoughton Health. Greets and directs persons entering/exiting the Hospital, Clinic Lobby, or Outpatient facilities. Alternates, per department/staffing needs, between valet and greeter responsibilities, adhering to department policies and ensuring quality customer service. The Guest Services team also provides courier services to Stoughton Health Urgent Care sites.

Position Requirements:

• Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Professional Experience: Prior customer service experience
• Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Drivers License
• Special Requirements: Proof of current Auto Insurance
• Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position.
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills – Able to perform basic things such as opening a document and write a letter.

Work Shift:

• Occasional
• Scheduled Days: Variable days Monday – Friday
• Shift: Variable shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
