About Us: Pacific Parking provides exceptional valet parking services for private events throughout Oregon. From weddings to corporate galas, we take pride in delivering a seamless guest experience with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly touch.
Position Overview: We are looking for Valet Parking Attendants to join our team and represent our company throughout Central Oregon. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working with vehicles. We provide training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide assistance to guests, such as opening doors or offering directions.
Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the company’s high standards of customer service.
Adhere to safety protocols and handle all vehicles with care.
Ensure proper organization and handling of vehicle keys.
Assist with event setup or teardown related to valet and parking operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Valet Parking experience or equivalent customer service experience required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work mornings and/or evenings on the weekends (up to 12am)
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (training available if needed).
Friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills.
Reliable personal transportation.
Dependable and punctual.
Physical ability to stand, run, and maneuver vehicles for extended periods.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Desired Experience:
Previous hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, or similar guest-service environments.
Experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality is strongly preferred.
Comfortable engaging with guests and delivering friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
Experience handling guest vehicles or working in valet, bell service, front desk, serving, hosting, or a related position is a plus.
Ability to remain composed, courteous, and efficient in busy, fast-paced environments.
