Valet Parking Attendant (FT)

NSG, Inc. currently has an opening for a full-time valet/garage attendant at an office facility located in Downtown Cincinnati.Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:Monday through Friday, 1st ShiftMust be able to drive all types of vehicles (manual shift as well as automatics).Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.This position pays $19.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.General Duties:Greet tenants and provide assistance when entering the garage.Valet park cars as needed.Control parking of non-tenants.Ensure the safety of tenants and guests, reporting any safety or security issues.Assist in the receiving process; forklift training required.Perform routine cleaning/maintenance of the garage.Assist with light maintenance projects.Contribute to building team projects.Participate in monthly safety training.Physical Requirements:Talking: Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally.Hearing: Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.Seeing: Ability to see well enough to drive with or without corrective lenses.Walking: Ability to walk for extended periods.Mobility: Ability to move from one place to another.Balancing: Ability to maintain equilibrium to prevent falling.Standing: Ability to stand for long periods.Stooping/Twisting: Ability to bend the body downward and forward.Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds unassisted.Pushing: Ability to push up to 100 pounds unassisted.Reaching: Ability to extend hands/arms in any direction.Finger Dexterity: Ability to use fingers to handle small objects.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to drive all types of cars (manual shift as well as automatic).Maneuver cars in limited space, both forward and in reverse.Ability to speak, read, and write English.Motivation, initiative, and reliability are essential.Demonstrated professional, courteous manner.Ability to work with little or no supervision.About NSG, Inc.:NSG, Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned, and operated commercial building services company serving the greater Cincinnati area since 1988.
