Essential Job Functions Greet guests according to service standards. Explain Rivers Casino parking and retrieval procedure to ensure guest satisfaction. Respond to guest requests for casino-related information such as property amenities, special events, and promotions. Strive to answer the valet phone within 3 rings and maintain professional telephone etiquette. Maintain proper storage and labeling of guest keys and tags. Open and close vehicle doors upon arrival and departure. Park arriving vehicles and retrieve parked vehicles. Complete accident reports. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of related experience or training preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of Rivers Casinos insurance policy. Able to drive vehicles with automatic or manual shift transmissions. Ability to communicate with team members and guests. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands Must be able to sprint to/from vehicles. Regularly required to see, talk, and hear. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, sit, stand, walk, and run. Occasionally must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
