Valet Supervisor

Join VPNE Parking Solutions as a Valet Supervisor! We are looking for an energetic, service-driven leader to spearhead daily operations and elevate our guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will manage shift staffing, resolve escalated operational needs, and inspire team members by setting an upbeat, professional tone for both staff and guests.

Schedule & Shift Details

Hours: Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Availability: Mandatory weekends with flexible weekday scheduling.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: Two or more years of valet or supervisor experience and can safely operate a stick shift (manual transmission) vehicle.

Technical Skill: Highly proficient in driving a stick shift (manual transmission) and able to pass a company driving test.Licensing & Records: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record insurable by VPNE's provider.

Background Check: Must be 18+ and able to pass a criminal background and RMV check.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee the shift, coordinate staffing needs, handle escalated operational issues, and organize vehicle flow efficiently.

Team Performance & Coaching: Set the workplace tone with an upbeat attitude. Model and enforce professional behavior, approved language, and strict adherence to VPNE's uniform guidelines.

Safety & Asset Tracking: Prioritize safety for all guests and staff at all times. Oversee the meticulous tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.

Guest Experience Management: Ensure team members warmly greet, smile at, and assist every guest. Step in to operate vehicles safely whenever needed.

Shift Transitions: Communicate clearly with co-workers to implement the shift organizational plan and facilitate smooth handoffs.

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to run and move quickly, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time.Communication: Fully proficient in English (both verbal and written).Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile.
