The Student Program offers high‑potential students hands-on industry experience by assisting in laboratory validation activities during product launches.
Responsibilities include helping technicians with test setups, performing tests per specifications, analyzing results, organizing components, and transporting test parts.
Candidates must attend a 4-year local university, pursue a Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred), work onsite 20-32 hours in Fall/Winter and up to 40 hours in summer, and maintain a 2.7 GPA or higher.
Skills required include communication, teamwork, basic troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office.
