Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team!

Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville. Shifts Available: Part-Time 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

• Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
• Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
• Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
• Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
• Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
• Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in health care is preferred.
