Valuations Operations Associate

SingleSource is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, organized person to join our team as a Valuations Associate! You'll be the go-to person connecting our vendor network and our clients, coordinating operations for our valuation and appraisal orders from start to finish. If you like staying organized, enjoy talking to people, and want to help deliver a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assign and manage incoming valuation and appraisal orders to our vendor partners
• Build good working relationships with vendors to keep things running smoothly and on time
• Keep track of orders from start to finish, making sure deadlines and client expectations are met
• Give clients clear and timely updates on their orders
• Spot and help solve issues that come up, looping in your team when needed
• Work with your teammates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals together
• Share ideas for making our process smoother and our customers happier

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills, you're comfortable talking with people and keeping them in the loop
• Solid organizational skills, you can juggle multiple things at once without dropping the ball
• A helpful, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems as they come up
