Valve Assembler

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in safety relief valves, is seeking a Valve Assemble to join their team. As a Valve Assemble, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly and testing of high-pressure valves. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Valve Assemble

Location: Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $19/hour

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble Flow Safe valves according to established procedures.
• Set up and operate specialized test equipment for high-pressure valve products.
• Conduct functional testing and accurately record results.
• Compare test results to specifications and make necessary adjustments to meet order requirements.
• Maintain and repair testing and shop equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive team environment.
