Schedule Type: 4/10s — 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

We are hiring a Valve Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on assembly, testing, and working with industrial equipment.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

• \n
• Assemble, automate, and test control valves and self-operated regulators.
• \n
• Read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• \n
• Perform visual inspections and verify work meets specifications.
• \n
• Operate hand tools, test benches, and measuring equipment.
• \n
• Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials.
• \n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• \n
• Assist with improving assembly and testing processes.
• \n
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• \n

What We're Looking For

\n

• \n
• High School Diploma or GED.
• \n
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or valve-related work.
• \n
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• \n
• Experience with mechanical assembly.
• \n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• \n
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic/electrical systems and test equipment.
• \n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• \n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• \n
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on shop position requiring:

\n

• \n
• Standing for extended periods.
• \n
• Lifting and bending.
• \n
• Operating tools and test equipment.
• \n
• Occasional exposure to shop noise, vibration, and chemicals.
• \n
• Use of appropriate PPE.
• \n

\n

No travel required — all work is performed inside the shop.
