As the VAM Planning & Scheduling Supervisor, you are the primary architect of efficiency onsite at the Part 145 Repair Station VAM Red Wing accountable for project timelines from preliminary planning to "Return to Service" (RTS).

You will closely monitor the work completed and project timelines, clearing barriers and ensuring real-time partnership between the Part 135 teams (Maintenance Planning, Control, and Parts) and the 145 teams onsite (Maintenance, Interiors, Avionics, Parts, QA).

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises an unrivalled fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range aircraft. • Review with the maintenance teamwork packages, kitting parts, and assigning specialized tooling and vendor services.
  • Execute daily "stand-up" meetings with your team and the maintenance department to track progress against the milestones.
