Centerville Post Acuteis seeking adependable and compassionateVan/Appointment Driverto join ourteam. In this role, you will safelytransport our patientsto and fromscheduled medical appointmentswhile providing exceptionalcustomer service andensuring a comfortableexperience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patientsto and fromdoctor's appointments andother scheduled medicalvisits.
• Assist patientswith entering andexiting the vehicleas needed.
• Ensure patient safetyduring transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.
• Follow scheduled routesand appointment times.
• Communicateeffectively with nursingstaff and appointmentcoordinators.
• Complete transportationlogs and otherrequired documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohiodriver's license.
• Must have aclean driving record.
• Must maintain currentautomobile insurance.
• Stretcher van experiencepreferred.
• Ability to safelyassist patients withmobility needs.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
• Dependable, punctual, andprofessional.
• Experience transportingpatients or workingin healthcare ispreferred but notrequired.
