Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  2. Valid California Class C Driver License
  3. 5 years recent experience as a licensed vehicle driver
  4. 3 years clean driving record. Must be included in DMV pull notice Division which reflects driver history
  5. CPR
  6. First Aid Certificate
  7. Addition to Van Driver Testing Pool under CA Vehicle Code required to submit to random drug and alcohol testing under the guidelines of the DOT Bus Driver Pool
  8. DOT Physical required for pre-employment clearance thereafter every two years or every one year if over age 65 or as required for medical issues
