We're looking for a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aerospace components. In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to required specifications while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PMShift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdaysSign-On Bonus: $500What You'll Do
Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specificationsSet up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipmentInspect parts using handheld measuring toolsFollow production instructions, quality standards, and repair requirementsMix and prepare production materials as requiredMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaSupport Lean and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with other production-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable using hand tools and measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
