Position Summary
The Department of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a per diem Clinical Audiologist (VHO).
Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for providing diagnostic services to a busy ENT center.
Diagnostics will focus on complete audiometric evaluations, including immittance and OAEs (Otoacoustic Emissions) for both adults and pediatric patients.
Interpret test results and provide patient counseling.
Document evaluations and recommendations in Epic.
Ensure compliance with state licensure, HIPPA and clinical protocols.
Participate in quality improvement and department initiatives.
