Must be able to work OT on a rotating monthly cycle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate will be responsible for the review of shareholder reports (including: financial statements, notes to financial statements, Schedules of Investments, Fair Value Measurements, Derivatives and other schedules for financial reporting), on quarterly basis.
- Candidate will assist with Transfer Agency functions (including fund share activity wires and outstanding share reconciliations), and updating daily unit prices for mutual funds and separate accounts.
- The candidate will also be responsible for audit confirmation reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during quarterly financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong PC (Excel, Word and Access) skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and reporting for investments preferred.
- Research and problem-solving skills.
