Role Overview:
The Varicent Architect will lead the end-to-end implementation of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions, including architecture, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, technical leadership, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent architectures.
Automate and optimize sales compensation processes.
Integrate Varicent with related platforms, including Sales Planning and CRM systems.
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
Document workshop outcomes, requirements, solution designs, and technical decisions.
Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and webforms within Varicent.
Apply best practices in coding, security, and database design.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
Support production operations, maintenance, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality.
Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionality.
